Who we are

Cluelogix is made by Cluelogix, LLC. If you have any question about this policy or about your data, contact us at support@cluelogix.com.

The game

• The game has no accounts and no sign-in, and it does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information.
• Your puzzle progress, statistics, and settings are stored locally on your own device. They never leave it. Uninstalling the game (or using its reset options) removes them.
• The game contains no advertising and no third-party tracking or analytics.

Purchases and store platforms

Cluelogix is sold through storefronts such as itch.io and the Microsoft Store. Your purchase and payment are handled entirely by that platform under its own privacy policy — we never see or store your payment details. Platforms may provide us with aggregate, non-identifying information such as sales totals or crash statistics.

The website

• Our web host may briefly log standard technical data (such as IP address and browser type) for security and operational purposes, as virtually all websites do.
• We measure site traffic with Umami, a privacy-focused analytics tool, using its hosted Umami Cloud service. It uses no cookies, does not track you across other sites, and does not build personal profiles — we only see aggregate, anonymized statistics such as page views, clicks on the buy buttons, and plays of the demo puzzle.

Children

Cluelogix is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone — including children.

Your rights

Because we hold essentially no personal data about you, there is usually nothing for us to access, correct, or delete. If you believe we do hold something, or you have any privacy question or request, email support@cluelogix.com and we will help.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update this page and revise the effective date shown at the top.
